New Jersey school district focuses on operational excellence, making it easier for teachers to teach

The Challenge

Dr. Thomas D'Elia, Human Resources Director at Belleville Public Schools, wanted to find a solution to reduce the friction between teachers and staff in getting the support they need through continued learning. The average time to process Course Approvals and Tuition Reimbursement forms could be anywhere from a week to nearly a month. 

The Result
